Please check your smoke detectors. Those with the older models must replace the batteries. If you are unsure or unable or just want us to do it please call the office and someone will help you.
Even though we have had a lot of rain, rates for water are rising. Please report any drips or leaks.
Please do not flush tampons or any sort of wipes. Even the wipes labeled "flushable" will still clog the pipes. If you do get a clog, call or text the office. Please do not use lye or "Draino" or similar products as these can put a hole in the pipe which is a much more expensive repair than just getting the drain snaked.
